Strategy In Motion was founded by Carlene Hatcher in March 2022 to help businesses manage from an informed perspective and realize increased strategic success and to assist individuals in gaining skills to grow personally and professionally, advance their careers and better their lives.

Carlene has a broad career base with specialties in problem solving, assessments, process reviews, report design and analysis in Excel, as well as designing, planning, developing and implementing business improvements. With a successful career in transactional, support and analytical roles, she has seen businesses from multiple perspectives in multiple industries.

Carlene holds a Bachelor degree in Business from Northern Arizona University and has 20 years of business experience. She has excelled in roles such as Operations Analyst, Project Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Programmer Analyst, IT Help Desk Specialist, Purchasing Specialist, Project Accountant, project management and independent business consulting. Her teaching experience spans from tutoring middle, high school and college students to training personnel in small to medium-sized businesses.
