HOPES ACHIEVED
About

We see people needing help wherever we are, but all too often money is what is required to meet some very important needs. It is the nature of the world we live in. Sometimes we have the money ourselves to help...sometimes we don't. Hopes Achieved is all about improving outcomes.

On a case by case basis, I help by addressing the specific needs of the individual or family as those needs are described to me by them. I take on the role of guide, liason and advocate. In addition, I want to be ready to respond in ways that will not only improve their current experiences, but also result in a brighter, more secure future for them. My goal for each of them is to help them create a more stable and self-sustaining life for themselves, largely by their own efforts, with support from Hopes Achieved. They remain in control of the path they travel. I act as a sounding board and offer guidance when it is requested to aid in their planning and decisions about their future.

I listen first, then brainstorm with them to find creative, feasible ideas and work with them to turn those ideas into lasting solutions that fit their chosen lifestyle. I start by attempting to halt the current unraveling of their lives and proceed with practical, inventive processes. I hope to raise the funds to implement new offerings, such as career exploration and research, job specific training, workshops and more. While I do not charge the individual or family, I do expect teamwork and a lot of effort from them. That's the trade. Instead of just fixing the immediate problems, I help enable them to determine a new trajectory for their lives.

There is much more I would like to do, some of which will be a major shift in the way people will be able to find help. To accomplish my dreams for them, I will need a lot of support. The more you can help financially or by talking with your friends, families and coworkers about Hopes Achieved, the more good I can accomplish.
